Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are always easy and free.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Our bras can be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days as long as the tags are still attached and the bra is in its exact original condition. We do not accept worn or damaged items.
Underwear, bodysuits, garters and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. We encourage you to take measurements and refer to our Size & Fit guide before ordering.
If you would like to expedite your exchange, we recommend placing a new order and simply returning your original one. We will refund the bra coming back to us after we receive it.
Customized items and items marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How do I process a return or exchange?
1. Returns: To request a return, click here Request Return. Please include your order ID and the email address you used to place your order. We will process your refund once we receive your return.
2. Exchanges: Send us an email at email@example.com. Please include your order ID and the email address you used to place your order. List the item(s) that you’re requesting in exchange. Note the style #, size, description, color and quantity. Once we receive your return item, we will send the requested exchange items back to you free of shipping charges.
3. Once you contact us, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for the exchange or return.
4. Exchanges/returns take up to 15 days for us to receive and process. Once the refund is issued, please allow 2-5 business days for it to show on your statement.
