- Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and link to track your order
- Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail, you can click on the provided USPS tracking link to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear
- Shipping times can very based on delivery method chosen and location
- We ship all Kostar products from Los Angeles and transit time will depend on your delivery location
- If the chosen style, color or size is on pre-order, an item will clearly be listed for sale as PRE-ORDER. A message will show underneath the “ADD TO BAG” button stating “Item ships in 2-3 weeks”
- You will still be able to place an order for these items
- Once the item is back in stock, we will ship it out to you for no additional shipping cost
- Pre-order items will follow our Standard Shipping policy. There will be no additional shipping cost for pre-ordering your items. Please refer to our Shipping policy for details
- All our pre-order items will be shipped from Los Angeles and transit time will depend on your delivery location
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order and then place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships; however, we do process orders fast and once your order ships we cannot cancel it at that time.
Do you have an option for Gift Wrap or Gift Messages?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have this as an option but we are working on offering this very soon.
How should I choose the best size for me?
We have a Size & Fit guide that serves as a general guideline to help you find your size. We strongly encourage our customers to take their measurements and compare to our size charts before ordering. If you have any questions about a specific style or measurement, you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to help you find your perfect size. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. Please include your bust, waist and hip measurements so we are able to help as efficiently as possible.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance) contact us right away at email@example.com and we will get it taken care of for you!
What if my package is lost?
If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will file a claim and take care of it as quickly as possible. Please note: if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
How fast is your shipping?
Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days of ordering, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped, we estimate delivery within 3-5 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please choose the expedited shipping option at checkout, which is only available within the U.S. Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we do not guarantee Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Your card will be charged immediately after your order is placed.
Coupons or Promotional Codes
We will occasionally offer coupons or promotional codes to our customers. If you have a coupon or promotional code that you would like to apply to your order please follow these steps:
- Go into your shopping bag
- You will see a box that says “Promo Code” at the time of your checkout process
- Type in code
- Hit “Apply”
